At Odane Cares Foundation, we deeply appreciate your generosity and support. Every donation helps us continue our mission to serve communities and create meaningful impact. Because donations are used immediately to fund ongoing programs, refunds are generally not possible once a contribution has been processed.

However, we understand that errors can happen. We handle refund requests with fairness and care.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered if:

  • The donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate payment)

  • The donor’s account was charged incorrectly due to technical issues

  • The donation amount entered was unintended

Refund requests must be made within 7 business days of the transaction date.
